What is the best part of working at the company?The students were quiet high in learning spirit.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It's a one man show at the management level.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment is predominantly ruled by the local mindset .The small town culture amongst the staff members is a deterrent in the growth of the institution,as a whole .What is a typical day like for you at the company?It's mostly like a day at any day in any of the local schools of any small town

“I have worked in more than 4 different educational institutions. Either, one fails topay a decent package or might not follow proper standards. But when compared tothem all, I would say that DAV is exceptional on multiple terms. Great wishes.”

Working with D.A. V. Public School was very positive and entertaining. I learned a lot, during school hours all the teachers used to work as a family. We had tasks to complete and everyone was to cooperative to the freshers.

Colleague cooperation is good ,no transparency in recruitment and admission procedures for students. I learned to give dedication towards work.No such hardest part, as when duty is assigned, I just start and do not find it hard to finish.I enjoyed with children and fellow members.
