Working culture and job security is not satisfactory. Management is also very weak and not up to the mark.Communication gap.The work place is healthy and provides scope for innovation.

It was an amazing experience.

I started my job at D.A.V. after completing my M.Phil. I had an amazing experience. The Principal was very good. All the colleagues were also very friendly and cooperative. I had to quit because of my marriage. But I would definitely like to rejoin when I go back to Odisha.
Pros
Salary was deposited on time and everything was very transparent.
Cons
Sometimes we had to work after the school hours.

Such a wonderful place from all my work experiences. Here candidate ll get so many chances to learn and experience new things. Shch a wonderful experiences i have wxperienced new challenges n new tasks being assigned to thw freshers to explore their talent .
