DAV Public School is Dayanand Ango- Vedic School,and it was created by Arya Samaj. It is a Delhi based school, college and managing committee. (CMC) .The typical work was to reach daily to school by private bus. Taking care of students, greeting students and there parents in the morning. Attending the assembly. Taking class . Helping students in teaching and completing their task. Making teaching fun with playing. Making new comers comfortable in the atmosphere. The hardest part of our job was to daily reach on time to school. Because it was very far away from my residence. Though it was in a rural area there were less facilities like infrastructure and cleanliness.The most enjoyable part of the job was that through workshop & charitra nirman shivir we learned a lot about teaching, health, society, yog and about the Arya samaj. We are always paid on time.

Pros

There were no free lunches for staff, but on some special function or occasions we get free snacks, sweets or tea

Cons

Ya, it's true after the students dispersal we daily have to give extra 1 or sometimes 2 hours to school.

What is the best part of working at the company?Work Environment and principal, teachers, staffs, aaya Amma, cleaners, watchman they're too good. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Stress means sucess that I understand from this company. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Everything i like, I feel that was my next home.
