I was working for the CMD. He was a thorough gentleman and a task master. Working Atmosphere was wonderful. Colleagues were cooperative. Salary and other perks were excellent. I used to earn ex gratia payments for giving satisfaction to my seniors

Salary is the only thing that keeps me away from giving the company a 5 star rating

I think they need to give a better hike in the salary to their employees. Rest the management the work place the colleagues are amazing. You get to learn a lot from the seniors. And the managers are very friendly.
