For HR its not a great place, except on the top management level, slightly complacent organisation in every aspects

A place where we have to work as per their process and expectation.some times if we get leaders who are complacent and think their way, quite challenging for hr to explore, experiment things. Nepotism is quite high

I had an opportunity to work with top most logistics company like DHL . Every day I look forward to go to work because of working environment and culture. I have learnt and developed my soft skills because of continuous training and development activity.

High in Technologies but low in employee care and work life balance

Good thing is we could get exposure to new technologies that would be very useful for career growth. Leave policy are very good, but you can hardly avail it due to tight project schedules. Cons are Very Stressful environment.The management has very bad connotation that giving more stress would produce more results. That is the very reason for the failure and loss of projects.
