Salary is the only thing that keeps me away from giving the company a 5 star rating

I think they need to give a better hike in the salary to their employees. Rest the management the work place the colleagues are amazing. You get to learn a lot from the seniors. And the managers are very friendly.

Feel like home company

Good environment and understanding management Happy to work with dhl Salary package is also good but transport facility is not provided good over all Good company you can feel like home and also growth opportunities you can improve yourself here and can grow faster then other companies There should be food for the employees in cafeteria but there is no food in cafe only evening snacks available that also jst now started

Fun but Stressful

I work for CS - upon joining I had experienced one of the best working atmosphere, unfortunately it all has changed in recent years, especially after 2020, Initially the management was flexible and that makes an employee understanding and flexible too, towards its company, in past 2 year there's a lot of pressure and its constant tiring pressure, no scope of getting leaves when needed, we are asked to plan sick leaves 3 months in advance which doesn't sound good. No scope of moving departments much, no new vacancies for higher roles, for any fresher initial 3 years will be great, but after that you will feel stuck. Salary is best in industry, managers are understanding but working feels too rigid sometimes I get a feeling like working as a machine.

Cons

too much pressure at work, No Saturday leave available, Add hoc leaves almost never available, 100% monitoring of all employees activities, breaks are plotted

Overall good brand

They hire you in FTC mode which is not good and I used to feel insecure because of my offer letter mentioned this many times. Other than that it is a good brand
