I think they need to give a better hike in the salary to their employees. Rest the management the work place the colleagues are amazing. You get to learn a lot from the seniors. And the managers are very friendly.

Atmosphere very harsh and rude

Not a good place to work at. But salary and other benefits very satisfactory. Co-workers not very friendly. Atmosphere not very good. Totally not very satisfactory.

Totally my experience in DHLCourier life was given to several portunities to fly on domestic flights continiously for six months, Lastly I recieved many ex-gratia s as to months salaries, for giving the required services.

The best company I ever worked with is DHL. The beginning of the day is always with smile on your face and DHL make sure that you see your smiling face yourself in a mirror on your desk.A perfect day start. Every day comes with lot of learning new opportunities. Management is open to accept your views and also acts wisely. Co-workers are more like family. The work pressure is high but every department is cooperative enough that the job becomes easy. There are lot of fun activities happening in office that you don't feel the workload.

day at work is so much busy to having cutoff. The work done before the cutoff timing with limited man force. The management is good . The co-workers are too good and helping and friendly. In the pick session so much work have to be done with overtime. the atmosphere on floor is so much enjoyable in the office but people complete their work with quality.

 Ensure prompt and timely response to both internal and external customers.  Follow-up on the assigned accounts, with origin stations for shipment handling until proper set of pre-alert documents is received.  Communicate Customer requirements with Origins for any Special handling such as COO certificates, fumigation, special license applications.  Disseminate the booking on agreed / required dates of shipments to origin and operations.  Proactively communicate with customers and business owners of shipments on issues, delays and discrepancies.
