Feel like home company

Good environment and understanding management Happy to work with dhl Salary package is also good but transport facility is not provided good over all Good company you can feel like home and also growth opportunities you can improve yourself here and can grow faster then other companies There should be food for the employees in cafeteria but there is no food in cafe only evening snacks available that also jst now started

- DHL ensures job security more than the promise of moving up the ranks in one's career. - The pay-scale is as per industry standards. - It rewards skill but you need to have good contacts and a likable image within the workplace to ever think of moving up the pecking order. - Some processes are highly demanding while some are decently relaxed. - Quite recently, Senior Management have pushed for more automation and regularization of workforce, which means less people required within a country specific process than before. - Like any place it has its own type of workplace politics and drama, but if you keep your nose clean and work smart as well as earnestly, then you might find yourself finding better opportunities through IJPs or Recommendations to Business Leadership Programs (BLP). - DHL doesn't endorse Team Outings very dearly but does pay a decent amount every year for every team within the org, to have at least one full day outing. - Medical policy can be extended to family and DHL supports it. - Upper Management seems to be skilled, professional and dedicated to their work, whereas such adjectives can be described to Lower and Middle level management on a very rare basis. - It provided Transport services and has Night Shifts with decent allowances.
