It is a very good organisation for well qualified and experienced candidates of high profile. Employees could spend their energies, skills and expertise and employees can afford to have excellent job satistisfaction and company’s morale.
Company is very good...but management is very worst in this world in ( Chennai plant ).. it's ok for permanent employee because of they have job security and getting more salary also but it's not ok for training employees because they don't have job secure and also getting too much of low salary...
Top officials are not experienced and are there for a short term of 3 to 5 years. Only their individual goals. Over all company and management is good but lacks right people in right place.
Long work hours
Daimler is a global giant and one of the best companies to work for in India when it comes to overall work life balance. Pros: 1. 5 days working. Good work life balance 2. Global exposure. 3. Very good travel policy. 4. Fair treatment to the employees. Cons: 1. Compensation not the best in the industry, annual increment also pretty low. 2. Elevation process is slow and unreliable.
It includes learning , fun, employee benefits and recognition. There is stress which is a part of work but I believe it is a worthy place to work as a employee of Daimler , the benefits are not great for a contractor
Free food . Women not allowed after 7. Complements on festivals
Work perfection expected
I was in supply chain management role hence mostly i was involved in logistics planning. The work culture in DICV is average. I liked the work as i could contribute in SCM improvements, but cross fuctional learning is low.
Average salary, non flexible working hours.
Daimler is the company where you will get lot of chances to grow. They train you from grass route and makes industry expert. Sky is the limit if you have talent. Management is very supportive and working atmosphere is so good.
paid leaves, fair salary structure, overtimes, supportive management
Typical day starts very early and continues till late eve due to plant location very far; hardest part of the job is travelling and bad food in the canteen Process wise strong company but this can be sometimes extremely annoying. Very tight timelines forces to work extremely hard and for long hours. Pay is very less for new joinees
Good brand name; Good product
Meagre Pay; Long travel time; Bad food
Easy to approach with seniors. Get guidance from management very easily.
Free lunch & breakfast available
