This Dalmia cement Bharat Ltd. a unit of Dalmia Baharat Ltd., having it's Cement works at Rajgangpur, Near Rourkela, Distt. Sundergarh, Odisha.Here The Top management persons are like those workers who are oiling them but not working. There is no value for hard working worker here. The top managers are liking worker who are oiling them. The managers are doing only politics there with better worker, they also mentally torchers the workers for which good quality workers are escaping Power plant especially. I was in Power plant job there and every worst politics they are doing with me also for which I am not there right now.

Horrible work culture

Horrible management, corruption at the higher levels abound, excessive work pressure,no recognition for hard work,poor salary structure,no job security. The lower level employees try hard and fast while the top officials are busy playing the blame game. Giving PIP to sales officials on the basis of performance during the covid year,which is bound to be poor because of lockdown and its consequences. It's just a company policy to throw away the old employees.
