Worst place to start career

During my days at Darwingbox, co-founder/leaders of company were highly discouraging. They were constantly pressurizing and insulting employees . The employees were overworked in congested in office space.
Everyone in management appeared to be very rude and behaving like they own their subordinates. The company was not at all motivating. It resulted in substandard product, leaving employees to extra work.
