Knowledge wise good company but culture wise not up to the mark.

Waste of life

Working in Data Patterns or Indus Teqsite is amount to completely ruining our own career. The company is interested only in freshers who comes there without industrial exposure and making them believe that they are working in cutting edge technology. But, in reality, the company still working in second World war technology and not moving forward from it. The management is fully autocratic and not interested to accept anyone's view. All the managers are dead woods who never move and will never give space to others. Moreover, managers are not technically sound, they are lazy, arrogant and useless people.

The company put in place all mechanisms for hindering all works by the name of process and support teams.

I strongly recommend not to choose the company for your career.
