A relatively better place to work
The overall work atmosphere was good. Managers were cooperative. but the salary was too less that pushed me to look for another company. However, the management was good.

Don't want to share much here, But the horse head is very egoistic and go down to a level to ensure personal grudges. If you want to join as a beginner , you can, but if you are looking for a Team Leader or above role, wrong door.

+ 9-6 Culture mostly Supportive Staff at lower levels Poor choices at top level Non-people-centric folks at higher management positions Attrition is high. It is never considered a problem by management Biasness. People development, not a priority.
