• Monitor and resolve PAN INDIA customer complaints received from Banking Ombudsman, Nodal Officer of the Bank, Client Service Teams, and Phone-banking etc on a daily basis. • Liaising with Relationship Managers and various departments to resolve the complaints within the specified turnaround time.
