DCB is a fun place to work in. Lot of new things to do. The only problem is there is no balance between work and personal life. The management is good and appreciates the employees very well.

ā€¢ Monitor and resolve PAN INDIA customer complaints received from Banking Ombudsman, Nodal Officer of the Bank, Client Service Teams, and Phone-banking etc on a daily basis. ā€¢ Liaising with Relationship Managers and various departments to resolve the complaints within the specified turnaround time. Coordinate with various other support sections to minimize customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. ā€¢ Scrutinizing the documents of Account opening forms and getting the same processed. ā€¢ Building robust processes, to identify and remove gaps, and structure and implement service improvements for enhanced service delivery by regional and centralized teams. ā€¢ Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Attending weekly and monthly dashboard meetings. Review and analyze data for understanding various patterns and deficiencies and formulate action plan to achieve business objectives within timelines
