The most useful review selected by IndeedBusy environment, plant manager change on a yearly basis, no salary increases after promotion, more duties and responsibilities for the same salary. No bonuses, great team, investing in your education, work overload. Flexibility with working from home. Working there is bitter sweet.

Not much working hour

Only can work for 2 days a week and tell you back home that you already arrived. Worst management that I ever seen. My colleagues are nice but I don't recommend work for it.

Unstable working hours

Management is poor high pressure working environment, unstable working hours if you hire from agency, they will tell you 12 week after will get your contract but lot of people still waiting since 2022.Working place and some of people is good + helpful but machine and setter is horrible

What is the best part of working at the company?great friendly company with lots of opportunity for progression and training. Lots of perks like subsidised canteen on site and cheap toiletries available to buy also. Regular social events as well. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Can't think of anything stressful about working there. It had a very relaxed atmosphere.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very relaxed an informal. Everyone I met, even at senior/managerial level was very approachable. What is a typical day like for you at the company?My role in the design team was quite varied but typically working on design projects, sometimes photographing products in the photography studio, working on projects in the design team studio.

Very difficult, hard to understand and a lot of shouting

Chaotic and no support. Very difficult to understand people and people raised voices. Locker room, canteen and toilets were not respected. Car park not big enough

Not the worse not the best pays the bills and that's about it. To be fair it could be ran a little better but for what it is, it's not so bad and can get somebody through tough times during COVID etc as they remain open

I worked remotely for DCS Group Pty Ltd as a software development contractor for about 7 months. I found the staff friendly, management supportive, and generally a pleasant place to work.

The role is on call, and I help out on big jobs that require an assistant. I have had the opportunity to gain new skills, learn about use of tools, and the electrical industry. I would like a fulltime role where I can build a career.
