IAM a sports lover and I would like to work under this field because the sports is the most important to every human being it gives relaxation stress reliefs and create a good sport career so I loved it

I am going to talk this from my own experience. There is no criteria on which the candidates are selected. First there is a GD round after GD round students are shortlisted,those students then go for Physical Fitness trial,and after that there is PI round,doesn't matter if you give your best also in all these rounds you might get rejected.Don't worry this is not the company which will be suitable for you.The recruitment is done by Employees of the company in very unethical way and the process of recruitment is lengthy too. However if you want to get experience you can go and give the interview dont feel dejected if you are not selected.There are many fishes in the Ocean

Decathlon is consist of 4 to 5 rounds in which first round would be introduction, Second round & third round would be group discussion fourth round is all about game and strategy, fifth round is all about physical Fitness and Activities & last round will be Manager & sport Leader selection round.
