I have agree deep ind management,but I dont like here head office people, b.Coz all staff are thinking I'm a boss of deep ind ltd. Deep ind give on fild fesility good but on work shop fesility are not good.

Productive workplace with lot of responsibilities

I would say that working with Deep Industries Limited was really beneficial for me as I got to manage the whole plant individually and got to learn the crucial skills such as project management, team work, leadership skills, time manamgement.

Good company less benefits

Management does not understand technical work. Salary benefits are only to some people. Very less increment in salary less than 8 percent once a year.

ILLITERATE PEOPLE ARE IN TOP MANAGEMENT. Whatever you do all credit goes to Incharge ( most of them are illiterate and don t even know what to do in any situation but all they know we should de the first one to inform MD or GM that I did that).

Very bad management, no respect for employees.no salary growth. Ceo is very bad. General manager is illiterate and company is doing illegal things. No growth for graduate engineer. Lots of politics inside the company.

Work Culture

Work load is very much given to an individual. During peek time one has to work almost 14 - 15 hours a day. I end up with working 16-17 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Saturday is working but work is quite less in comparison with 5 days i.e. from Monday to Friday
