DPS Patiala is the best place for students as well as teachers. It lays enough emphasis on the overall development of children which is clearly visible in their personality . Continuous remedies through extra classes, preparations for inter school or intra school competitions, individual attention to each and every child etc. are the common features of this institution. I am completely satisfied with the management and its decisions .

Conveyance for teachers is biggest problem. And HRA is another they don't pay it on time .Actually The school is quite good but. There are more people working as adminstrators. Even some teachers are there who were appointed as teachers but behaving like admins

Horrible Experience

The duty hours was 8 AM to 4 PM but they use to release at 06:30 PM and even later. Some senior teachers are very active in doing politics rather than helping new joiners. Co ordinator is very rude.

I worked for more than 4 years there in the hope of finally getting my pay raised according to the grade pay scale, but you can just keep on waiting for your turn to come for that. Very little raise per year. Rest- good competitive environment, good staff, a lot of politics.

It was good working at DPS, Bangalore. Managed by professionals with great experience in the field. You have your autonomy and your own way of doing things as per industry norms. Had a very good hands-on experience teaching numerical online. The hardest part was completing the syllabus on time due to lack of time. The overall experience at DPS was good and happy.
