if you are looking for a learning platform, this is the place. the management is one sided. Hardly listens to the grievances of the teachers. lengthy meetings, all trash, no fruitful outcomes.

Very hectic and stressful work conditions in dps Bhagalpur. More of autocratic behavior of the school management where they expect you to forget family and work without hesitation. If you utter a word against the system then be ready to get yourself offended and abused.

Nice to work and learn in the fast paced teaching culture. Good experience. Tight schedule.No fixed exit timing. Stressful. More concentration on activities and worksheets.
