More work less pay no promotion no raise

Your qualification is of utmost importance but their pay structure is worst to highest degree. You are a good employee if you agree to work in less than 20k though they boast a lot about their so called BRAND but never reflect any standard and nirms of D. P. S brand.They are good at taking good photoshoots and posing as a high-fi school and give importance and attention to only influential teachers and students rest are all neglected lot.
