I was in fleet management (self truck) team.But believe me all are fake. No team is there. There has cast loby politics. Who are doing that they are stable in that company. Very poor work culture.

Overall company is good.But in some area managers are very rude,no parallel workers.so when you take leave ,it will not be effective.If you are not married and you don't have family join here.Else it is will depend on your manager behavior.In kerala management is very poor
