Yes,it is productive and also fun workplace to work with,but night shift is the most stressfull not like morning and day shift.It is productive and also fun as communication,teamwork,problem-solving,attendance punctuality,realiability and the ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines all are included with in leadership.

Company and stm's are good but office timeing bad

Over all good work place if you have no family or friends. There are three rounds of interview and all rounds are digital mode, second round is online written exam approx 20 minutes and 60 minutes

Good and innovative

Company is very good and looked upon by young leadership. But the policies and procedure keep on changing with changing leadership which is also very often. And the field team or ground team need to take the pain for small changes in upper tables.
