Work atmosphere was fine, but not grate. There is no job security in this organisation.The management is only concentrating only company growth and profit side at the same time if they give importance to their employees will be helpfull to sustain them long time and run the organisation. Their is no proper planning in work, projects. There are many projects have been closed now because of failure.

Delhivery is poorly planned. No proper Job description and proper definition of a role in the company. Although the co-workers are very sweet, there is no clear demarcation when it comes to being personal and professional. Horrible work life balance.
