Very professional

Good place to work with and Do have great employee benefits. Very big company with great reputation. Employees stress management taken into consideration and girls protecting act is the major positive about the company.

Overall a very good company to stay for long term. Work from home available. Good work culture and salary. People are friendly. There are no much benefits apart from good salary. Insurance is really bad. No team outings.

Sometimes Counter-productive

Most often the benefits are enjoyed by the senior management, with little appreciation for the real hard work done by the people on the lower grades. IJPs are a big joke. Most of the candidates are favoured over weekend trip to the bar. Regionalism trumps over talent.Most of the high-visibility projects are pre-assigned to the blue-eyed boys of managers, even before it is open to contest to be awarded to the deserving employee.

Easy to question the status quo. Managers fear retribution and complaint.

A great place to work

Dell is a great place to work. Great work life balance combined with some smart people make it good for growth. The talent pool is diluted somewhat in the recent times since the salary hikes are not consistent with the industry standards resulting in the loss of really good candidates.

Good company. Growth is based mostly on merit. The more technically advanced and problem solver you are the faster you'll move up.

There were not any strict working hours. Experienced people you can learn a lot from. Healthy deadlines that keep you on your toes but not put too much pressure.
