What is the best part of working at the company?More scope to grow technically at individual level as accountability lies within. Leadership or higherups in the hierarchy does not do micromanagement. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Challange is when the technology is new, and no groomed team is involved to deliver. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Flexibility to let the employees work at their timings and let them take the ownership and accountability of the tasks.
