A company which is clearly based on humanitarian culture and has strong work ethics. I would love to work with them again.They provide work life balance and take care of their employees whenever required.

Good place to work - but financial growth is limited

Dell was an excellent place to work. There were good opportunities for learning technologies and multiple opportunities were provided for career growth.But considering the pay, Dell is not upto the market standard.
