Good place to learn and grow but work life balance is not that satisfied. I won't recommend it you are looking for long period run in your career . For freshers it is good company to advance in their career

Poor work culture, extreme long working hours daily. Not a good place to work for a longer duration, non systematic process. Overall not a great choice if there are other options.

Good workplace. Work-life balance depends on the project you are in and lot of employee benefit programs. Flexibility in terms of hybrid work culture.
