If you work on any projects for Denave it is end of your life. If you are working directly for denave then it is ok. They don't care about the employee working on any Projects.

Worst Company with No Job Security

One of the worst company i have worked with they provide very less salary and expect to give big revenue for the company you will not given the credit for your work.No job security anytime your manager call you and ask you to resign.Manager think they have right to call you anytime after working hours.They will tell you that it's 5 days working but after some days of joining they will tell you to work on Saturdays and even on public holidays.I you want to ruin your career go for it.

denave is wonderful company , great environment and well payout . denave is a mnc company we are working for google navlekha project but in covid 19 period google finish his project without any notice than we all 46 person unemployed . now i am searching jobs...feel sad about google.

Project Based business makes the job security very poor. If the project has gone they will just pick up the shoe lickers and move them into a different project. Everything is good apart from that. If the higher management will groom themselves the company will be on the next level.

Shift -8.5 hrs, 2 days offs and both side cabs and Day shift

Cons

Poor Management, Don't know how to run the business( Not saying about the other branches), Buttering and shoe licking is at peak in this company
