Take things with the flow. Don’t challenge norms and managers. If things get bad get out else shut up. Don’t expect any growth. It will take you a good year or two to understand the organisation especially if you are not from the financial sector.

Knowledge, efficiency, hard work are absolutely not valued. VP, Director, MD's can spend whole days looking at a single PPT slide. Favouritism is encouraged.

Very bad treatment for senior employees. Too much or irrelevant expectation. Spoiled my health due to mid night support calls and there was not a single good word i hear in 1.5 years. Sr. people are made to work under juniors and tortured until they leave the organization. Juniors will officially manage and seniors will do the actual job.
