Overall it was a good experience at DBL, from top management to bottom everybody was good. But beware of nepotism there also. No salary increment at QC level. No Work-Life balance is there, everyday is a working day. Sometimes one has to work more than 12 hours a day.

Fully work oriented organisation.Learning means, How to generate revenues on time.Good management, but work fully depends on how is your PM.Hardest part is job unsecurity. Staff are very co-operative.Enjoyable part is HOD's are very good and helpful.Work culture is balanced. Good Management. Canteen/ mess quality can be improved.work load will be little heavier sometimes.

Dilip buildcon ltd is best company for all civil engineers. this company gives all facilities like room , good Food ,medical etc. One thing is bad that no time limit of work there is 12 hours or 14 hours. i can't define u how many the fix time of working .
