Not good company. Only one of the directors have mind to manage the company. Both the remaining directors are just wasting resources. They don't have any independent directors to professionally manage the company.

Productive and fun working place

We really enjoy working here. Directors here are very supportive. Work atmosphere in this company is quite good and impressive. I feel like Disha is my family

Poor management, work environment and zero employee value

The company has the worst management and work environment. I had had much better experience in my past companies. They don't value their employees and nothing is done for their welfare .

Uncountable cons, no respect, salary is not according to a person's experience, They treat experience professionals as freshers, What can be worse than that, I won't recommend anyone joining the company

Nice work culture, supportive staff. But salary is average.

You can try it until you get a better job opportunity. Only 1and half day leave in a month. So work life balance is not so good. . But work culture is good. No extra pressure is imposed on you. If you want just peace of mind with moderate income then this place is for you.

All teachers of disha publication was amazing.As I was a fresher, I never had any problem in asking anything from anyone.I should have talked to whom, there was no boundation. I used to do all the work easily.
