Great learning experiance

Hotstar encourages you to give your best. The environment in the company is such that it makes you to feel your contribution is worth it and you are a part of the whole process. Along with work, the company also strives towards growth of its employees not only professionally but also personally and as such there are programmes that you can participate into to achieve the same. There is also fun elements. Most festivals and important events are celebrated by the company together. There are fun filled activities that employees can participate in. Overall the atmosphere of Hotstar is to strive to achieve the best that you can.

One of the best OTT platfroms

Hotstar is a decent place to work if you are willing to adapt to a changing working environment, The thing this place lacks is a clarity on the job profiles when they hire people. Most of the people who are hired for specific profile, the job doesn't turn out to be the same.
