My overall experience in dmart was like awesome staff at my work place was very cool and helpful in each and every situation My boss attitude is very cool and his nature was very good as per his workers

What is the best part of working at the company?The workload there is really pathetic. At the end of the you will get too much exhausted.The salary is average not really equals to the work. Because of the hardwork only the staff is illiterate.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?They don't allow you to seat even for a single minute.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Whole staff was illiterate and from the village side so the work culture was very average. What is a typical day like for you at the company?There was no typical day as I faced, every day come up with new challenges and new hassle.

I think dmart is a good place for parttime work but not for full time. The salary is pretty basic but there's one pros that each and every person working there will get there salary on time.

As I was a 12th grade and due to pandemic almost jobs were closed for me in India but dmart was an exception it got me a very fun and one of the best job for me to enhance my skills. The workplace was so peaceful you can barely see any conflicts or anything that should not be happening at the work so over all it was a very good experience for me working in dmart.

Stressfull and depressive workplace!

Please i recommend you not to join atleast as a full time worker. The job they assign is not one but all rounder and not for sometime but every single day. Salary is non motivational and also not worth it against the work they receive.

Had worst and depressed experience

The job was quite good...but the management i faced was the worst. From HR to senior managers they were all money grabbers and mostly stereotypes. The managers make you work overtime and don't pay you for that. The officers their can make your mind stressful. And no job security there.
