Choose only when u have no option left.
I am currently working as a station controller (basically non executive), honestly speaking all allowances, perks and freedom are for executives only, non executives are treated as labours who are mentally and psychology oppressed.
Pros
Good salary at intial level
Cons
Long hours, hectic job, heavy night shifts, poor management, seniors try to shift all their responsibilities to their juniors, all perks are only for executives, non executives are treated as labours.

JUNIOR ENGINEER (Former Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi - March 15, 2019
the best profit of being an ex_employee of DMRC is that your basics fundamentals will be so strong that after that wherever you go, there will be no need to prove anything whether it is management level, supervisory level or technical level.

Stagnation and Poor Work culture
Junior Engineer (Current Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - November 27, 2017
I would suggest DMRC as the last resort for males. Join only if you have no other options. On the contrary, for the female employees this is one of the best jobs as they are given a lot of freedom. Once you join DMRC, you will not be able to think about anything else. No time for family, work culture is extremely bad. Seniors try to shift their responsibilities on juniors. You will have to work in night shifts too. And believe me night shift at DMRC is as bad as it can be.
Pros
Delhi based job
Cons
Night shifts, poor work environment, stagnation, high workload, tense personal life
