It is a world organization that promotes internal hiring. Salary must be reviewed to better compensate their employees. Benefits are great. Work/life balance is good.

Independent work

Less than average salary

Was great but worsening after merger and low oil price

Work was always busy. People are friendly and helpful with a caring and sharing culture. Work life balance ok as firm has/had a Scandinavian/German culture in the past. Low oil price and a drive to reduce costs has made the salary and benefits become average.

Interesting and challenging projects. Co-Workers.

Conditions reducing all the time.
