Stay Away!!!

Store Associate (Former Employee) - 5305 Dr Doctor M.L.K. Jr Blvd - May 18, 2023

I worked here for not even a month and the employees are rude and don't no how to run a store. I've heard stories and didn't believe it til I worked there myself. NEVER AGAIN. They write you up over every little thing btw.. I never got written up.. but was told if your kn a register if I does have the amount that it started in you will get written up. Even of its over. They check your personal belongings (this place ain't worth stealing).. the hire about anyone. The customers I liked they were awesome. But staff no. They don't teach you. They expect you to know the job the first day. They don't train you.

Pros

Will work around your hrs that's the only thing.

Cons

If they let you get a break, or even use the bathroom. Expect to much for little pay, to get bullied by other employees!

Not Organized Didnt Like the Work Ethic They Had Manager wasn't Organized. Place Was Clean. But Customers Were Always thying To Get People In Trouble

3rd Key Manager

3rd Key Manager (Former Employee) - AN - March 7, 2013

I would arrive to work 15 minutes prior to my designated time. Once there I would clock in go to the office count down the safe and all of the tills and change as well. Then I would prepare all of my paperwork for the night, deposit slips etc..Check the email to see if there were any projects or ads to be placed out if not confire with the manager on duty, see who my cashier is for the night and begin my shift. I learned how to be an effective manager and team leader, I got along well with all of my co workers. The most difficult part of the job was setting planograms. The most enjoyable part of the job was the job it self.
