The targets of sales were not achievable at all. Still constant pressure. More than 12 hours sometimes and ofc no OT salary. Also they will even call you at night 11pm for targets.

Good for freshers

Anyone who is need of a start to their career in teaching especially as NEET coaches, this is a good platform. Also it's a work from home setup mostly for the tutors which makes it convenient for many including women who want to work but can't stick to a 9-5 routine due to personal commitments. It is also a great opportunity for students to work as an intern too. The team is also great to work with, they are flexible and understanding.

It's a great opportunity for freshers who wants to have experience and they offer good package also impressive incentives schemes too but join the company only if you can handle the pressure and can work limitlessly. There is no work life balance and unnecessarily salary cutting.
