The most useful review selected by IndeedWorking in Dow agrosciences India is a great learning for me. Culture strictly adhere core values of company. Lot of learning happening over here. People will listen you if you really comes out with great plan. Organisation structure is very flat so Changing of designation will take time but financial promotion will happen based on your performance. overall its a good company to work with.

No space for intelligent person
Lead Engineer (Former Employee) - Lote, Khed - May 5, 2020
One has no liberty to work , only one has to follow the seniors word.
One should not think independently . One can get small prize for outstanding work , but senior will get rewarded twice for one work.
Old persons and even new recruitment also planing playing politics
rather than work .
