What is the best part of working at the company?Flexibility to work across functions .What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Reporting supervisor not able to appreciate my extra work or going extra mile in order to resolve the situations and still meeting customer requirements.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Culture of the company is very good. However some Indian leaders try to paint the India picture differently as compare to other geographies and provide undue importance to commercial team .What is a typical day like for you at the company?We have 'Design your Day' concept at Dow. Which is a great initiative.

It is a b2b company with vast variety of products and mostly dealing with chemicals and has crossed 100bn.

I worked in Customer Service function where you cannot be sure about the work load.
Have learned different country regulations in terms of Import & Export documentation.
Management is very Biased. Workplace culture is ok.
Its a thankless job which is very hard to deal with.
Enjoyable part is to deal with different parties it helps builds your communication & presentation skills.
