Top management seems okay but middle management is biased and do lot of politics especially Hyd region. They will only give little man power and ask us to manage double of the load. Quality of services offered to patients are good but employees are always with dissatisfaction. Less paid and expects more from the employee. And politics will be played on higher side which is horrible.

This company working atmosphere good. Dr agarwal's eye hospital is a nice company all management is a nice .but basic salary is very poor.i want expected good salary in any company.

Hospital invironment with my team and co workers are not obedient and they don't know how to delt with patient. They're feeling like waste of time to work hard and they aren't feeling confort to give respect to patients and management.
