Why 9 rounds of interview?, Aren't HODs efficient to pic right person with in 3 rounds for soft skills to train other???
We need to attend the assesment like ( aptitude, english & digital literecy)

Very long. There were 9 rounds. All HODs of all departments need to approve a candidate for the Mid and high-level managerial posts.
