Good place to work with

As a trainer you will definitely have to be productive. Work culture and organisation values are best in the industry. Territory managers were the worst for the organisation and the will kill the work culture by demotivating words and actions towards employees and indirectly keep pressure on managers to keep great pressure on trainers.

I had excellent experience working with Dr. Reddy's Foundation

I had wonderful experience working with Dr. Reddy's Foundation. I learned team handling, leadership skills, corporate relations and the best part is that I got opportunity to work for underprivileged youth, Differently abled youth, train them, counsel them and give them the opportunity to start their career and and have sustainable development.

Learning opportunity

It's a good place to work if you want to make a career in still development sector. You will be learning new skills and new personalities through training of trainers provided by head office of Dr Reddy's Foundation.

Can Explore Knowledge

Structure is methodology is good but the center level and learning and development department (L&D) is worst and worst. HR should have get feedback from new jonnies.

Its a fun work place, keep motivating the staff.

Management is good, people like to work in free atmosphere, day starts with prayer attendance motivational lectures, overall good experience working with Dr. Reddys.

Toxic work culture

Trainer is the only person who does everything hence they should not hire centre managers , territory heads or counsellors for that matter. Management expects trainer to do miracles.

Productive, challenging and learning environment

I liked working here even the salary is not at par.Hence only because of my financial liabilities and also due to a sense of job insecurity every quarter, I left. But organization wise, it's full of potential people, there are lot of learning opportunities, leaders will keep on motivating you in a real and honest approach.

Fun places and have lots of learning

I enjoyed working here, DRF provide you ample of opportunities to excel your career. There are many projects and assignments you received to learn, grow and explore. Multiple roles help you to understand the ecosystem.
