The adsutment culture company

Drl is now only adjustment company. If anyone raise voice against the bad culture compliance team targets those people and this adjustment is across the division. Above all if you talk about this issue to higher management the accept the fact but will not take action against culprits.

Productive and Quality work place

Shift started at 5 AM ended at 10 PMDue to system failure i.e . Rsd % failure was my typical day at work with product Provide IP on HPLC ASSAY TEST I learnt that if system is not working properly then put it up in break down on any major malfunctioning.Dr Reddy's management is very strong in every field or in any department.Our management team was also great .Workplace culture is very good 👍 everyone has a helping nature at work place in Dr Reddy's Laboratories.Employees will work more efficiently if extra hours bonus is provided by the company but there is no provision like that in the company it is very hard part of the job to work with extra hours without any bonus money.Most enjoyable in the company is all person support you like a family.
