In one year of training period if the employee faces any problem , then no one solve it. No one cares. Means neither ASM nor RSM not even HR. And HR gives more positional power to ASM. If the ASM have any problem with you then he can through u out. No HR listens to u as u are in training period of one year. ASM can scold u with bad words and can do partiality with with. You can't do nothing.
would like to join once again. as we have good team work and always getting opportunity working in new environment. we have frequent get-togethers and training programs.

Employees are treated with biased behaviour depending on if employees are from particular part of country or which language they speak. Very poor salary structure which company is not clear while joining (way too many salary cutting which will not be mentioned in salary structure properly). Also, 11 hours official working hours (unofficially there is no time limit. Also, official time is 11 hrs that is not disclosed while joining or interview. Employees get this great news on their first working day). Poor facilities and reimbursement. No growth opportunities if employees are not from one particular region or speak one particular language. Women employees are treated horribly with dreadful work experiences. Women employees are not given proper treatment and no opportunities for growth and development.
Best place for learning as well.DRL team offer to do work with extra activities (like safety star cap, quality star cap etc.) for enhancements of one’s knowledge. Overall, excellent place to work.

Definitely a great company to be with. But few people at higher positions are not so deserved to serve such roles. Secondly, company has to work towards a satisfying career growth and annual perks. Otherwise, its one of the best companies in India.

It was an average experience working there. It has a lot of benefits if you are a part of a good team...if not...then it will be terrible. A balanced work life is one of the best things about this company.

DRL has many dosage form hence can work on many types of packaging materials and many packaging systems. A lot I understood. Small to big automation can be done.
