Hardest part
You will be traced traced and traced. Where you are. They won't trace what work how fast you are doing? Lot of bureaucracy!!! GPS in your mobile, GPS in your bike, CC cameras everywhere. Going to office daily and then reaching sites at 11.30am almost half day will be over. No proper seating arrangements for engineers. One QC engineer handles multiple sites (min 4). How can a person look into quality works with wo many sites. In addition bills checking. Lot of roaming in bike.Store Officer in Nagawara, Karnataka

very stress full atmosphere to work.
management is not qualified ,they hire only metric pass candidate .less work experience they have lot of stress .and very hard to maintain the timing of office morning 8 am to 8 pm in the eveningWhat would you say about your employer?
