Management especially the chairperson most selfish..They pay salary on time but they are not caring their employeeTheir one and only aim is to get profitability, how you are giving profits they won't mind.. Employee health safety they won't prefer..Internal management people are match fixers, do partiality and lots of faverisum ..I don't recommend to work here

No proper salary and allowance

In covid lockdown time asked to work telling reason Real Estate company no curfew restrictions can work and taken WOR later not paid salary only like this 3Months delayed AMD waste of time and work did from own travel expensive cost all by me entirely not good waste effort and time working here.

Hardest part

QC Engineer (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - May 23, 2020

You will be traced traced and traced. Where you are. They won't trace what work how fast you are doing? Lot of bureaucracy!!! GPS in your mobile, GPS in your bike, CC cameras everywhere. Going to office daily and then reaching sites at 11.30am almost half day will be over. No proper seating arrangements for engineers. One QC engineer handles multiple sites (min 4). How can a person look into quality works with wo many sites. In addition bills checking. Lot of roaming in bike.
