Pathetic and non professional

This is the most pathetic cultural organization I have seen in my career. They talk about core values but the very most core value of “Respect for People” is missing. They hire you showcasing you are urgently needed and fire you in couple of years just for nothing. Manager tries to keep you in good books and explains business is not doing good so global has taken the decission and no one knows who the global is afterall. They dont pay you salary during your notice period and also the compensation comes many months latter. Just imagin how do you manage a home with responsibilities and loan without money and salary thatvto on a sudden notice of loosing job.

DuPont was a good place to work safety was #1 invista not so much

I started in warping moved to staple then to spinning and when i retired i (Former Employee) - I retired as from shipping - May 15, 2020

When this plant was dupont is was a good place to work the wages were good and safety was #one since becoming invista there was no pay increases added pressure to job assignments to push product out the door there was a lot of tension through out the plant you could sense it as you went through the gatehouse if anyone got hurt you were disciplined invista is not a good place to work dupont was
