Dwd pharmaceutical ltd is a good company. Dwd medicine is owned Manufacturers in baroda plant it is very beneficial company so I think it is a good for company.

I am currently working with this company. All I want to say is the company has very comfortable work schedule with lowest work pressure as compared to other companies. If you are fresher best company to join and gain learning and experience. Managers are MR friendly. But If you are experienced or thinking to stay longer then it would be a bad choice unless you have another source of income. The salary is too poor and lesser chanche of good increament. Da ta also lowest in industry.

Typical day at workl when doctor are on holiday like in festivals. i was earning 20000 rs per month with binomial incentives. my managements and work with team members and leading as senior person in team.work place culture is in field and its excellent relations with doctors. hardest part of job when you are nearly with achieve targets monthly.the most enjoyable part of job is cycle meeting when all state members get to gather at meeting place.

Good company for a starter. Good product range like zest, drep, xynasal, xl etc. Managers were good at training as well as on FW. Co-workers helped in many ways. Other companies were having good CRM activities therefore it becomes difficult for an MR to beat other products. Good working culture and low pressure.
