Very good place for experienced IT professionals. Many good projects and global clients. Colleagues, managers are friendly and helpful. Good scope of learning new technologies.
Work life balance, culture
Pay not competitive, politics at all level which is manageable
CEO change happens frequently with no hike from last 3 years worst company have ever seen. you will not get any hike after so many years, no good learning only work life balance will make you bored in most of the times.
Nothing to say

Team leader have more power they can do in more Bios way treating the people, even skip level manager also support to them only, depending on your luck- team it may different work culture.
Long working hours only for few people who works more.
It is the best place to work but the sal increments are very less, as at the end of the day we need money..Best with the cab facility, we will get home pickup and drop. and the shift allowances as well.
Best for Work culture and environment
Salary increments are less
Promotions and appraisals based on your connection with your manager and his manager . If you are good looking and someone who runs behind their managers then there you are at 1 rating .Agains ratings doesn’t matter as there is almost no bonus or hike based on it .Overall chill workspace , no workload . You could have a good professional and personal life balance .
Work from home and holidays
Office politics and poor management
There is no Growth Overall. Career wise also. There is no Benefits on compensation. No hikes. By Chance if you get hike then for next 48 months there is a freeze on your position.
No proper management communication.
Honestly working at dxc was a great experience as a fresher.Learnt a lot,work- life balance is at its best
I loved the company.. People understand you, there's learning, there are increments..It all depends on the project that you are working. Some projects will not pay you allowance even if you are at client side. But yes you will get to learn.Everything is about insurance domain mostly.
At client side you have to work longer
The bad side: DXC as a company is primarily focused on cost savings, rather than winning business. They do so either by not paying or delaying variable compensations indefinitely or do sudden workforce reductions. On the other hand, no clear career progression and appraisals are done just for the sake of it. Yearly increments are unheard of, and Indian leadership is quite clueless since everything is decided from the US. The good side: Lots of learning materials at your disposal There are plenty of trainings and skill development programs which you can use to upskill. They are mostly free. Also, they have flexible working from home options.
Work from home options, Internal Training modules
Variable compensation is almost never received, No increments.
DXC having a great culture and good salary of 1.8Lfor Freshers and allowance are high compares with other companies but there is no job security If the project close they will send you out
Pick up and drop cap
Sometimes Saturday work will be there
I loved working at DXC and would love to be a part of the DXC family again! All my managers were great people who recognized and promoted talent and hard work. The processes can be better streamlined and DXC needs a more centralized and organized Quality and Assurance framework that can be adapted across regions and locations.
Flexibility and no micro management
