CEO change happens frequently with no hike from last 3 years worst company have ever seen. you will not get any hike after so many years, no good learning only work life balance will make you bored in most of the times.

It is the best place to work but the sal increments are very less, as at the end of the day we need money.. Best with the cab facility, we will get home pickup and drop. and the shift allowances as well.

Promotions and appraisals based on your connection with your manager and his manager . If you are good looking and someone who runs behind their managers then there you are at 1 rating . Agains ratings doesn’t matter as there is almost no bonus or hike based on it . Overall chill workspace , no workload . You could have a good professional and personal life balance .

There is no Growth Overall. Career wise also. There is no Benefits on compensation. No hikes. By Chance if you get hike then for next 48 months there is a freeze on your position.

I loved the company.. People understand you, there's learning,there are increments..It all depends on the project that you are working.Some projects will not pay you allowance even if you are at client side.But yes you will get to learn.Everything is about insurance domain mostly.

The bad side: DXC as a company is primarily focused on cost savings, rather than winning business. They do so either by not paying or delaying variable compensations indefinitely or do sudden workforce reductions. On the other hand, no clear career progression and appraisals are done just for the sake of it. Yearly increments are unheard of, and Indian leadership is quite clueless since everything is decided from the US. The good side: Lots of learning materials at your disposal There are plenty of trainings and skill development programs which you can use to upskill. They are mostly free. Also, they have flexible working from home options.

I loved working at DXC and would love to be a part of the DXC family again! All my managers were great people who recognized and promoted talent and hard work. The processes can be better streamlined and DXC needs a more centralized and organized Quality and Assurance framework that can be adapted across regions and locations.
