Don't join in Ecare

Here you can learn when you are fresher. In this generation you can move to AR easilyif u are willing to learn & have capability to do AR in the beginning, even if u don't know charge & payment. Most of the time you feel good in flexible shift timing. But nothing is good here, except job security. There is no appraisal, no proper food in canteen, no fun, no stress( yes there is no stress) , no proper AC, no growth. Management is ready to deduct from salary as soon as they can. Treating like school children, they need production & prohance only. After 6 months 2 leaves per month and you should take only one leave. Girls can take leaves as much as they want. During appraisal they are ready to say the reason that you need improvement, you have taken excess leaves ( I. E more than 24 per year) . Girls can take many leaves as much as they want. Early wfh access for girls & only girls can go early when shift ends. Too much changes yearly in appraisal cycle & deduction is very high. No fun, no music, no week off for every saturday. No free snacks during break time. You need to compensate shift if you go out to call or to meet. Any time job openings throughout the year. ( due to employees quitting frequently)Too much partiality & politics. If you are a friend to manager and DGM, you are lucky. Worst DGM and childish behavior.Management will promise you a lot,but all are fake promises. My final opinion is work for one year and learn. After that get a better job. All the best

Freshers can easily learn from the company about the process

I had joined the company 4 days ago working environment is very cool and I feel free to work the staffs are friendly to us and freshers can easily achieve what they are looking for.TOTALLY very nice company and friendly staffs and the candidates who are looking for a job can attend the interview and join here
